Product Description:
1、The combustion tester is the simulation safety test which conforms to IEC 60950, UL 94, IEC707,
IEC 695-2-2, ISO1210.
The combustion tester is used for burning several flame at a certain height and angle of the test specimen when the specimen is horizontal or vertical by using the required size of the Bunsen burner (Bunsen burner) and the specific gas source (methane or natural gas). the ignition of bedding under the hot combustion duration and the specimen is ignited to assess its combustion. Automatic combustion tester suits for wires, cables, rubber, plastic, sheathing and insulation layer polymer material combustion test.
2、Design criteria：UL62-3839；UL1581-1060-10800、1100、1140；UL758；UL94；UL62
feature：Can be set burning, intermittent number of seconds and the number of trials and automatic operation
3、parameters：
The tester consists of: control box, the vertical combustion chamber, burning lamps, electro-magnetic valves, pressure regulators, gas pipes, the signal control line.
Chamber structure:
vertical combustion chamber：305×355×610mm
Horizontal combustion chamber：610×305×355mm
Control chamber：355×355×400mm
Sprinkler timer, the Minting timer, burning timer
timer：2 groups, 0～99 seconds(GB standard is 15s)
counter：0～9999×100times(GB standard is 3S)
Combustion gas : 98% methane gas 98% propane gas (usually LPG can be used instead
Power supply：220Vą10%；10A，50Hz
Manual / automatic type optional switch, vertical/horizontal optional switch
Nozzle of combustion :20 degree
Automatic control : preset the test result, stop automatically when it finishes.
