Horizontal and vertical drilling mud mixer are both available at Aipu solids control. They have different
features and strength. According to mud tank size and certain use, Aipu will propose different mud mixers for your operation. From the desander tank, to the mixing tank, every compartment will be fit with mud agitator. And mud mixers are kindly suggested operate together with mud mixing gun.
Impeller and shaft size will be determined by tank dimension. If no special requirement, the agitator will be designed as 60~70rpm. According to electrical system and gear box specification.
Mud mixer is used in the surface mud tank to suspend solids and maintain a homogeneous mixture throughout the mud solids control system
