foam apply to cosmetic and areas as electronic products which need high accurate cutting, however, you can also used to cut some common flexible foam, and high-density semi-rubber materials and the cutting thickness can arrive at 1mm .compared with our other horizontal splitting machine, this one take advantage table immobility and cutting frame moving along the table which equip with vacuum under the table insuring high-accurate cutting performance
·with hold-down device press roller and vacuum is optional
·Controlled with PLC programming and all cutting data can be set in the electronic box.
·with one-edge cutting
·blade covering box printed with special materials decreasing the friction wastage between the blade and blade cover
·Grinding unit
·Grinding dust extraction unit
