Product Description:
Applicable for use in the production of:
Apply mainly to colorless or monochrome silica products,
and silica products without mosaic, such as silica nipple and keypad etc.
Main features:
The injection part is rebuilt from ordinary injection machine, high-precision PC computer control system developed by our own company adopted on the controlling part.
Liquid pressure and direct pressure adopted on the injection, the speed of the injection very fast, the pressure is up to 200 ton.
﹡advanced integrated control adopted on the mainframe, making every parameter digital.
﹡The electronic proportion-typed energy-saved pressure and flux hydraulic pressure system adopted on the liquid pressure system, so it has the features of saving energy, high speed and low maintain cost.
﹡Opening and clamping mould using computer optimization design.
﹡High-speed mold clamping and low-speed pressurizing,fast mold opening, which make the speed of opening and clamping the mould expedite, fast and balanced.
﹡The injection volume and the clamping itinerary is monitored by High-precision electronic device.
