So, equipment trailer friends when customizing new trailers, don't blindly reduce the height of the working platform. The shortening and narrowing of the main beam will directly affect the load capacity and service life of the step deck trailer.
2. When does the brake pad change?
For transportation safety, stable braking performance is essential. Always check the brake system, when checking the wear level of the brake pads. We can check it through the observation hole.
The limit thickness of Fuhua axle brake pads is 6mm, when it is worn to a limit, It must be replaced.
How to use the ABS system?
1) Do not flush the combined valve directly with water when washing the low flatbed trailer, otherwise the ABS system will be faulty.
2)When welding the low bed semi trailer, the ABS power harness must be unplugged, otherwise the ECU will be damaged.
3)Ensure that there is no air leakage and no air pressure shortage in the brake circuit of the tractor, and ensure that the tractor has regular braking.
4)The excavator trailer is equipped with a pipeline filter, which needs to be cleaned once every three months to ensure that the pipeline is clean to prevent damage to the ABS.
5)Always check if the sensor connector is loose, if it needs to be replaced.
