HPY series multiple-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher are equipped with secured oil tank, locked oil tank, and automatic adjustment device for discharge gate . These machine can empty the cavity automatically and reduce the downtime.

Structural Features
1. This device adopts high-strength integral casting frame, with long useful life and high reliability.
2. Hydraulic motor can adjust the discharge gate accurately and continuously.
3. The cavity uses efficient laminating crushing method, improves the crushing efficiency, reduce the damage of wearing parts. And make material into polygonal shape, also with high particle content.
4. The surface of mantle and concave is designed specially and precision machining, convenient installation. The installation of lining board did not need packing, with low replacement costs and be more convenient.
5. Adjusting sleeve locking has built-in many mini-type hydraulic cylinder locking, it is uniform force and locking is reliable.
6.The machine uses labyrinth and sphere floating seal to make multiple protection, it is more reliable and dust prevention effect is good .
