The machine can adjust the speed of the bi-directional quantitative hydraulic motor by changing the displacement of the bi-directional variable hydraulic pump. Energy-saving CNC Press Brake Machine realizes the displacement adjustment of the variable pump with servo valve and displacement adjustment of the electro-hydraulic servo valve mechanism. That mechanism is composed of the hydraulic servo valve and the two-bar hydraulic cylinder.
There is a speed measuring motor between the load and the instruction mechanism. Thus, it constitutes a closed-loop speed control system. After we input the command signal to the system, the pressure oil of the hydraulic source is controlled to supply oil to the hydraulic cylinder through the servo valve. So that the variable mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder drives the variable pump works in a certain position.
The output speed of the hydraulic motor is detected by the tachometer motor and converted into feedback signal. Comparing the feedback signal with the input command signal, the system will get the deviation signal to control the opening of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, so as to keep the displacement of the variable pump near the set value. In the end, it ensures that the bi-directional quantitative hydraulic motor operates at the desired speed range. The position sensor constitutes an internal feedback link to improve the control precision of the system.
