Product Description:
Linear vibrating screen utilises two motor that synchronize in order to create vibration. The exciting
force are generated by eccentric block in which the force will nullify each other out on the parallel direction of motor axis, which will create an upward force that is perpendicular direction of motor axis which is why it is called as such.
Working Principle
The principle behind the machine is that two equal forces at opposite directions will cancel out each other and the force will turn into an upward movement instead. Usually, the linear vibrating screen uses twin-vibrating motors, which work synchronized and move the centrifugal force in a parallel direction of the motor axis. Using the centrifugal force and the gravity force, the material is thrown up and forward on the screen for a linear motion
Application
Linear vibrating screen is more commonly used in mining, coal, refractories, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. It is usually used for the screening and grading materials in large, middle and small particles. Linear vibrating screen is best used for particle size ranging from 0.074 -5 mm, where the maximum size should not exceed 10mm.
