When it is used in pre-net flow system in paper industry,
it is used for dispersing lump, removing impurities, decreasing impulse; when it is used in fine screen section of DIP deinking system, it is used for removing gooey and ink particles and other impurities.
Feature:
1.Using Andritz technology, it has two types: approach screen and fine screen.
2.Using the technology of the outer rotor wing inflow and mild screening, it can save electricity consumption and improve pulp cleanness.
3.Using the technology of the outer rotor wing inflow and mild screening, it can decrease impulse and improve the approach starching evenness.
4.Using the technology of the outer rotor wing inflow, heavy impurities and coarse fiber are away from the screen drum rotor, which greatly improves service life of wearing parts.
5.Using optimized double flow pulp inlet technology, pulp consistency is decreased in fine screen section, which can increase capacity.
