Product Description:
Bonded NdFeB is mixed by magnetic powders and adhesives, bonded permanent magnets are produced through
the process of forming and solidification. The ndfeb magnets can be made in different shapes, some of which are rather complicated. With the advantages of outstanding mechanical strength and high accuracy in dimension, this kind of magnets is resistant to shock and usually further machining is not required. So that bulk production is easy to be implemented. If necessary, the magnets can be formed integrally with other complients as well.
Features:
1. Hard, Non-brittle light weight; plastic-like magnet, able to be moulded to varieties of shapes e.g. thin ring, gears, arc-segments etc.; able to incorporate with shafts during manufacturing
2. Excellent resistance to demagnetization
3. Good temperature stability
4. Good resistance to corrosion and chips
