Product Description:
FUNCTION & FEATURE
The Job tear processing line is one of our company patented products with independent
intellectual property. It consists of two units: precleaning&sizing unit, dehulling and separating unit.
Precleaning&sizing unit can clean and size or grade the job’s tear into 6 grades.
Dehulling&separating unit can dehull each individual size respectively (usually the smallest size needn’t to be dehulled), then remove shells, thoroughly separate out the unhulled seeds from kernels. Unhulled seeds will be returned back to dehullers automatically for rehulling.
The processing line can complete the dehulling, shell-removing, automatic seed-kernel separating works, also separating the fine chips from kernels. It features easy operation, high percentage of kernels, high percentage of whole kernels and thoroughly clean separation works of shells and kernels etc.It is well recognized to be one of the most optimum equipment for processing Job tear in the world.

Dehulling&separating unit consists of input hopper, bucket elevator, main part of the equipment(dehullers, air separator and seed-kernel separator) and electric control cabinet.
