In any manufacturing process, sorting plays an important role. Some sorting process requires soft handling, because the materials fed into the machine should not lose its bloom. To handle any raw material in such manner JOJO ROTARY SORTER will be the only choice.
The JOJO ROTARY SORTER has been designed to move the materials in the sorter with low contact with the mesh. The hexagonal shape of the sorting drum will help to complete the process. This sorting machine can operate 5 grades and on request this facility can be customized.
To protect from dust and fiber particles, which travel along with raw materials, a cyclone system is connected to the grading drum. This will separate and collect the micro dust from the raw materials.
