The KL4.5LM headlights body is made of high intensity engineering plastic ABS, with full sealing construction, suitable for all kinds of bad working environments, light weight and small volume, it can reduce mine labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
The performance and features of product:
Li ion battery as power supply, with more automatic protection function that do not produce electric spark. It s free from accident.
It has special Li ion charger, donot need to charging maintenance worker and other fees. It s free maintenance.
Two light source 1pcs 3W CREE LED(import), 3W LED light for main light source, working more than 18 hours 6pcs small power LED for secondary light source, working more than 40 hours and the light life is more than 50, 000 hours. Main light source and secondary light source are working independently, When the main light source is broken, it can open secondary light source, (Notice When one light source is broken, Pleass ask professional staff to repair lamps in safe place).When the battery is little power, change main light source into secondary light source so that lamps are working long time.
It is suitable for all kinds of mine caving, marine use, maintenance working, outside working, fighting a flood working and so on.

b.To press two time is show time.
c.To press three time, it shows battery power 4 grid show battery power is fully, 1 grid show little power.
2, Light control key instruction
a.To press one time, its strong light
b.To press two time, its weak light.
3, Charger interface
Using special configured charger to charging lamps
Firstly, connect lamp, then the charger connect AC220V power, charging is start and LED display show charging state.When 4 grid 0000 isnot pulsation(jump), it mean the charing is finished
4, Time adjustments
To press clock function key two time, The LED display show time informations, then press clock function key for long time(4 second), LED display time number flashs, to press light control key and adjust hours, to press light control key one time, the hours number add one hour, then u adjust minute.
Notice:
1, To charging KL4.5LM headlight fully before first time using, after charging. please put on rubber cover.
2, Safety alerts Please do not knock miner lamp and disassemble and replace parts. Please do not let miner lamp near and put into fire. Please do not let miner lamp shoot at right angles for your eyes.
