ICESUN provides Low Temperature Welding Vacuum Glazing for Windows. With low melting point technology,
our vacuum glazing adopts aerospace-grade welded glass edge sealing with the same expansion rate, no air leakage, and has a 50-year life. The fulcrum between the glass is placed by an automatic machine, and the glass is automatically clamped when the vacuum is evacuated, and the vacuum degree is10-4Pa. ICESUN tempered vacuum glass is ultra-thin because it is constructed of two pieces of tempered glass with a narrow gap supported by metal pillars. It has higher resistance to deformation under external force, which doubles the wind pressure resistance and anti-shock effect compared with common vacuum glass and tempered Low-E argon insulating glass.
