PU foaming machine is the necessary machine for producing rigid foam, semi-rigid foam and flexible foam
PU products, it can be devided into low Pressure PU foaming machine and High pressure Foaming Machine
Low pressure PU foaming machine is used for producing rigid, semi-rigid and flexible foam, such as sofa, headrest and insulation plate etc.
More and more industries adopt PU foaming machine to produce, following is our pu foaming machine application:
Automotive Industry:car interior, car seat, car headrest, car armrest, pillow, dashboard, bumper, sun visor, filtler seal, shock pack, fender and other PU car trim.
Construction Industry: PU sandwich panel, insulation tube, Furniture industry:Sofa, mattress, memory pillow, imitation wood furniture
Shoe industry: shoe sole, insole
Industry Area:plastic roller, casters, seals, shock pad, gasket, cushion

The process of PU foaming machine works that two stream of material(ISO and MDI) flow through foaming machine and mix each other in mixing chamber of mixing head, then injected into the mold.
The PU fomaing machine has low pressure typ eand high pressure type, compared to low pressure foaming machine, high foaming machine is more easy to cooperate, all paramter and data can be set and observed in the PLC, you can adjust the data with respect to your desired. More functions improve the efficiency.
For injection procedure, it can be injected by manual or robot, both can be provide to customer.
