Product Description:

We can design as your size, hardness, color and other
particularity, and can machining thick and thin wall of the tube.
We can guarantee the good centricity of inner and outer diameter and roundness of the tube.
Moreover, we could do the special tolerance, high transparence products, the range of hardness are between15-80 degree, but the solid silicone rubber will hard machining when the hardness under 40 degree.
Comparing LSR with solid silicone rubber, it's has more advantage as follows:
1, The LSR has high purity. It's by addition polymerization, cross-linking network more regular, it has low creep capability when draw it, distortion is only 1 / 3 compare with the solid silicone rubber.
2, The LSR is good at physical and mechanical capability, resistance the higher and lower temperature, chemical resistance, aging resistance, biological capability and so on.
3, The LSR is use platinum catalyst / hydrogen silicone oil curing system, don't including the noxious peroxides curing agent. In the process of the curing, won't give out contamination, no smell, very safety, and environment-protected. The solid silicone rubber is by the peroxide, curing agent, it's nocuousness, and in the process will have contamination, after curing has the excitive smell, and it's hard cleanup the hangover.
At present, connect tube of the drink machine will use by LSR substitute the solid silicone rubber.
