Overview
Usage
This tester is used to test fatigue of the reciprocating rod for the luggage. During
the test, the rod would be stretched and then test whether there will be backlash, loose, connecting problems and transformation of the rod.
Theory
Under certain pulling and pressing frequency, To check the reciprocating fatigue performance of the pull rod, rod structure of fastness and durability of the switch through the luggage lever lock with a pull rod is continuously pulling switch, reciprocating and pressing.
III.Design Criteria
Design criteria: QB/T 2919-2007。
Suitcase Pull Rod Reciprocating Tester include 1-9 specified parts:
1、Sample clamp holder: adjust the test size
2、pull rod holder
3、Rod movement device: do reciprocating motion, and the speed and travel can be adjustable
4、support frame：the height is not less than 1500 mm, Install pulling, pressing travel guide
5、pull rod lock switch gear
6、counter：count the movement times
Introduction
1. power：the machine main power
2. Controller: setting lever operating procedure
3. Strength sensors: show the current value and maximum of the sensor
4. stop: press the key and stop when abnormal situation need to stop the machine in operation
5. Start: start the test and press again the machine will stop
