1.Brief introduction of charcoal powder briquette machine:
Charcoal powder briquette machine is mainly
used to suppress charcoal powder, toner, coke toner, bamboo carbon powder, the hookah carbon, graphite, page shell carbon, Jujube carbon, blue toner, such as activated carbon etc, kinds of powder materials, powder, waste. It can press materials into square, ball egg-shaped, round, oval, and round column, line, bar, bread type, pillow type and other special shapes. Charcoal powder briquette machine is widely used in refractory, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating, animal husbandry, industry, agriculture, barbecue and other fields. This machine not only is suitable for single operations and large-scale briquette production line, but also can adapt to mobility
operations.
2.Charcoal powder briquette machine's advantages:
1, the product design reasonably, manufacturing quality is reliable, and has a simple structure, easy operation, small size, small footprint, save labor, energy efficient.
2, the design of automatic control of electric heating devices, randomly adjust the humidity of materials to ensure that the material forming stability, improve the work efficiency.
3, The main parts of this product use a wear-resistant material with a special treatment, so it can continuous suppression of production durability.
4, It is applicable to a variety of extruded biomass raw materials and with less energy consumption, high production efficiency.
5, It change the bearing of the old movement from three to four, increasing the stability and durability of the machine.
6, Change the old-fashioned painted oil lubrication for oil-immersed lubrication oil for many years.
7, Increase the pitch to increase the feed rate, resulting in improved yield.

Formation: our charcoal briquette machine consists of three parts: the feed section, the transmission part and the molded part.
The working principle of the charcoal briquette machine is:firstly, the motor transmits power to transmission through the belt;at the same time, the transmission output shaft power to propeller through the floating coupling;then, the thruster of propeller push forward coal through forming die to produce the high density coal balls.
