Manual Cylindrical Soap Strip Cutting Machine Small Soaps Slicing Machine without Table is special designed for cutting all kinds of soap bars, such as sulfur soap, toilet soap; perfumed soap, Transparent soap, laundry soap, Handmade Soap and other natural soap into block, bar, strip, even slices. can cut both rectangular and Cylindrical bar soap. without working table, it is flexiable and movable, more suitable for small soap processing factories.
1. As machine is driven by pneumatic, so you need connect it with an air compressor separately first.
2.Place the machine on falt surface, set the cutting width as you required in advance.
3.Then Put long soap bar onto machine working table next by the Baffle, start machine by pressing button.
4.when working, the worker should push the soap bar forward by left hand, Under great power of cylinder, the cutting knive fall down to cut once, then right hand remove the small soap bloack and press button again immediately to start cutting next block. the whole cutting processing around 2-3s. and then just repeat the actions again and again.
