Product Description:
Our metal chip briquetting press can press ordinary industrial small turnings, bornings, shavings, clippings
and grinding swarfs into high density metal blocks. As we know, the chips not pressed has a very high lost in remelters, the metal blocks can be put into blast furnace directly, decreased the cost dramatically.
When customers melt the cast iron chips without briquetted in the furnace, there will be about 10% loss as the oxygen scale, but there is about 1% loss with briquetted. If the customer produce 200 tons cast iron chips one month, and there will be 2400 tons cast iron chips one year, it will lose 240 tons cast ion chips one year without briquetted. And the loss of cast iron chips with briquetted is about 1%, it will lose 2.4 tons cast ion chips one year with briquetted. It is to say, the customer can save 237.6 tons cast iron chips with our briquetting press one year, the cost of cast iron chips is about 300USD/T, so the customer can save 71, 280.00USD one year with our briquetting press. So the customers can return back their investment of one set of Y83-160 briquetting press in half a year. If the production output of cast iron chips is larger, customers can return back their investment earlier.
