Product Description:
GRISH Microfinishing film is produced by electrostatic coating on high strength PET film, which can make
for the uniform arrangement of abrasive grains resulting higher efficiency of grinding and smooth polishing. The available abrasive materials are aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and other abrasives depends on different hardness of workpiece.
Features
1) Consistent and high removal rate as all abrasive are uniform, sharp and in vertical arrangement.
2) Uniform distribution of micro abrasive grains bonded by special resin binder prevents scratching and irregular finishing.
3) The product surface has better capacity of ruling out scrapings.
4) With PET film backing, finishing film is highly resistant to water, and can be applied for dry finishing or wet finishing.
5) Long durability and continuous polishing.
Applications:
1) Industrial roller: Rubber roller, Electroplating metal roller, Stainless steel roller
Recommended process for roller polishing: EW80>EW40>EW20>EW12
2) Automotive: Crankshaft, Camshaft, Gear-shaft
