Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Rudy Sutanto from Zhejiang Nova Nutraceutical Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhejiang
Province, China.
We are the manufacturer or MCC Colloidal Grade (Cellulose Gel) under the brand FIBROTEC in Zhejiang Province, China. MCC Colloidal Grade is the result of co-polymerization process between Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) and Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC). The raw material of our product is 100% selected wood pulp. So, it is HALAL (certified by Indonesian Muslim Association), Kosher certified, and free of melamine. Beside that, we already get ISO 9001, HACCP certificate too.
The function of MCC Colloidal Grade is as stabilizer in beverages such as diary product (milk, coffee milk, yoghurt, milk tea, etc), orange juice, corn juice, also in ice cream, bakery and deep fried product. It can stand-alone as stabilizer or mix with other natural gums such as Xanthan, Pectin, Carragenaan.
Fibrotec is divided into 2 general product types:
1. Fibrotec MCC Colloidal Grade. MCC Colloidal Grade is pure the result of co-polymerization process between MCC and CMC.
We have two types of product: Fibrotec HV-518 (High Viscosity) and Fibrotec LV-611 (Low Viscosity).
2. Fibrotec MCC Colloidal Grade PLUS is already mix with other natural gums according to a specific product profiles.
Several benefits by using FIBROTEC in milk are:
1. Avoid sedimentation
2. Increase viscosity
3. Thickener
4. Increase mouth feel.
