MIER flight-approved carry on backpack can fit in the overhead bin, and with compression straps on the
sides, you can compact it down quite a bit to make it fit the space. It has a top handle and a side handle, plus padded, air-mesh straps that stowaway at the back of the pack, so it can be carried as a backpack, a duffle bag, or as a suitcase, depending on your needs. There are three main compartments, all with anti-theft lockable zippers. It also has an RFID safe pocket that keeps your electronic gear safe from hackers, which is getting exponentially more important by the year. The middle large compartment with tie-down straps are generous in length and adjust from “high” to “low” cinch positions, keeping belongings from shifting. The great bonuses are separate laptop compartment & tablet sleeve (fits up to 17.3-inch laptop), a side water bottle pocket and waterproof rain cover.
