Product Description:
Copper wire granulator machine is used for separating the scrap wire mental and plastic, after separating
the final products are similar to rice. This machine is one of the Environmental Protection Machine.
Mini400 is a new machine that mainly recycled the lines of cars, Communication cable, Miscellaneous lines. This device forms an integrative structure and stable working, saving space.
Features:
The whole systems are controlled by the Control Panle.
The bottem air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
Stable operation.
Minimum copper recovery rate can reach 99%.
No dust, no secondary pollution.
Scrap wire and cable after crushing then become plastic pieces and copper pieces. This pieces separate the core under the dual role that suction in the air and linear viberation in straing box, which make it jump to the screen surface waveform. Finally the copper pieces, plastic, the mixture of copper and plastice is came out to different discharging hole, the dust is collected by the aire duct to the collector.
