3A Molecular Sieve is an alkali metal alumino-silicate; it is the potassium form
of the type A crystal structure. 3A molecular sieve has an aperture about 3 angstroms (0.3nm). It doesn’t adsorb any molecules larger than 3A. It’s a kind of excellent desiccant used for adsorbing water mainly. Yuanying Industry Limited 3A Molecular Sieve has quick adsorption speed, high crushing resistance, strong pollution resistance, more regenerative times and long lifespan.
Chemical Formula: 2/3K2O*1/3Na2O*Al2O3*2SiO2*9/2H2O
Application of 3A molecular sieve
1) Dehydration for various liquid (such as alcohol)
2) Drying air
3) Drying refrigerant
4) Dehydration for unsaturated hydrocarbons, cracking gas, ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene, etc.
4A Molecular Sieve
Yuanying Industry Limited 4A Molecular Sieve is an alkali alumino silicate; it is the sodium form of the Type A crystal structure. 4A molecular sieve has an aperture about 4 angstroms (0.4nm). It doesn’t adsorb any molecules larger than 4A, including propane. It adsorbs water, methanol, ethanol, sulfureted hydrogen, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene.
