Our company introduces into Korea specialized equipment technology, combined
with the our country conditions to design the automatic delivery mortar equipment, which is connected with feeding, batching materials, adding up to water, quantitative mixing, two stirrings and high-voltage transmission. The mortar which is made by this equipment has uniform performance, good stability. The fill layer is an important component of floor heating projects, after finishing processing for the insulation layer and heating pipes, it needs pouring the fill layer, which is connected with the insulation layer and earth surface decoration layer, and it has store and reduce energy features, supporting and protecting heating pipes. If common workers fill the fill layer, then pour and smash them, there are some disadvantages of low efficiency and it is easy to damage the heating pipes, sometimes, we cannot find the light damage when we are testing pressure, it will appear faults after we use it in the future of several years. We will overcome these disadvantages if we use the mechanization construction technology.

1. The working efficiency of high-efficient single device ups to 15m2/h, if the filling thickness is 40mm, each working day can work 300 m2 (by 8 hours).
2. Reducing the pipe damage in the working and the fill mortar will straightly be sent to the scene through the high-pressure pump, it will avoid damaging the heating pipe in the transmission.
3. Advanced technology, according to the features of the fill layers, the fill layer does not adapt the fine aggregate concrete but thick cement mortar, avoiding the friction injury in the course of movement when the heating pipes direct contact the sharp stone. In addition, the mixing ratio is controlled by device, and the quality of filling layer is reliable and steady.
