The UBJ series mortar spraying machine is widely used for the spraying, pumping, and grouting of most
kinds
of mortar, it is equipped with the international leading technology of pulsation reduction and newly improved squeezing mechanism, it has successfully solved the difficult and complicated problem of pumping and spraying for site mixed mortar. The key wearing part – the squeezing tube has an extremely long life.
The UBJ series mortar machine has the competitive advantage of large output, high efficiency, ultra low maintenance cost.
Technical Advantages
1. Large displacement, high working efficiency.
2. High mechanical efficiency and saving energy. Advanced squeezing technology greatly reduces wearing of the parts, and improves the mechanical efficiency. Power loss is only up to 30% of the screw mortar pump or 60% of the piston pump.Under the same work condition.
3. The main wearing part - squeezing tube has a long service life, each one can finish a plastering job of 40, 000 m2 under normal work condition.
4. Easy to maintain. It takes no more than 10 minutes to replace the wearing parts for its ingenious structure.
5. Low cost. The average accessories cost is less than 0.03 RMB per sqm. That is equivalent to about 2% of the screw pump’s.
6. Can be started and stopped by air remote control system from the spraying gun, no electricity at the operation side, safe and reliable.
7. Strong ability of sucking.
8. Drive system offers clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, which is helpful to handling pipe jamming and moving, cleaning the machine.
