Characteristics:
1, It is mainly used for grinding tiles, polishing tiles and fixing thickness. Coarse-,
medium- and fine- grind and polish can be finished automatically at one time.
2, Advanced design, fine structure, high quality, simple operation and easy maintenance .Only needing one operator.
3, High production efficiency: Non-stop production with the maximum daily yield of 350 square meters tiles and the monthly production capacity of more than 10, 000 ㎡
4, No pollution, no dust. Improving the working environment.
5, Adopting 8 stations and 5 grinding pans (NO:1-5); Every grinding pan has 24 rubbing blocks. Station shifting, grinding pan moving and water supplying are all automatic; Coarse-, medium- and fine- grinding and polish can be finished at one time
6, This equipment has 5 grinding wheel heads so that its output is equal to that of 15 manual operation grindings. Moreover, the products produced by it have higher quality. Supposed the daily output is 300㎡, just the expenditure of workers′ wages is reduced by more than 50%. It is obvious that this equipment can help terrazzo tile producers fulfil their dreams of two leaps in production capacity and in economic efficiency
