Taber Multi-finger Scratch/Mar Tester, Taber 710 Scratch and Mar tester, taber multi finger scratch tester
The
Taber Multi-finger Scratch/Mar Tester uses tungsten carbide as a scratch finger to accurately test surface wear conditions that is destroyed by unconventional physical forms (such as QINSUN, etc.). It can test the abrasion resistance of smooth and textured plastic parts in the interior and exterior parts of the car. It can also be used for the inspection of hard materials, abrasion, paint, ink, soft metal, oil carpet and other materials. The test sample is attached to the compressed air driven test platform. The five independent shafts of the scraping fingers can be exchanged for different weights and optional scraping fingers head, with a constant vertical action on the surface of the test specimen. The scraping finger is mounted on a rigid frame, the operator can fix the specified scraping finger in the equilibrium position through the bracket, so that samples with irregular width can also be tested. The good repeatability of the instrument test data can help the manufacturer to effectively control production and inspect product performance.

1. The LCD screen is used to control and display the test process. The test grid number, length, and speed can be freely set according to user’s requirements. Unique sample holder enables the sample clamping is firm and easy to use.
2. The Taber Multi-finger Scratch/Mar Tester adopts the stepping motor of high quality, and adopts the guide rail structure transmission in the horizontal and vertical directions. With characteristics of small gap, uniform movement, lower noise, higher test precision, good repeatability and long service life.
