Conical Refiner:
MZJ conical refiner is designed and manufactured by us based upon international advanced
technology. It has high performance for different pulp such as wood pulp, cotton pulp and waste paper pulp, meeting the requirements for paper making. The machine can be used alone or linked with more one.
The machine is composed by Base seat, Front cover, Shell, Moving gear knife, Fixed knife, Entering knife structure, rotor, operation cabinet etc. Compared with Double Disc refiner, it has following advantages:1. Load running in low consumption, energy saving;2. Pulp is long time in grinding area, making high grade fibre;3. Well touched conical surface, high efficiency in grinding;4. Equipped with sand-removing box, cleaning pulp effectively and reducing damage to knife;5. Easy for maintaining and changing knife.
