Nature and purpose: At present the development and application of nano-materials in the textile industry are wide, adding the multi-fibre, a variety of powder compound and multi-fuctional complex. Through blend spinning, adding while polymerization, and finishing applications such as ways, which make it widely developed and applied in the new textile products with UV-resistance, anti-bacterial deodorant type, far infrared reflective, cool type, water repellent and pollution prevention, conductive, flame retardant features. The antibacterial nano textile polyester filament products can be widely used in the knitted underwear, sportswear, socks, carpets, and so on . Antibacterial staple blended with cotton are made of the medical bed sheets, surgical clothes, doctors’ uniforms, the patient clothing, the professional clothes of food industry, as well as various bedding, furniture fabrics, furnishing fabrics and various underwear, clothing, etc..
Nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst has the following advantages:
