Nature and purpose:
Nano-coatings has been gradually developed and applied by the coating manufacturers at home and abroad, which displayes the coatings’ applicable value in many fields. It uses unique photocatalytic technology, which has strong elimination and decomposition role to the toxic gases in the air. It has the function of degradation and elimination to harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, ammonia, TVOC and so on, which allows indoor air more fresh and avoids the harm to human caused by pollution. Through the decomposition test made by the state authorities within 24 hours, nano-coatings’ for various fungal inhibition rate is more than 99%, the degradation rate for various harmful organics is more than 80%, and it has the long-term effects of mildewproof and anti-algae. Nano-modified coatings has the performance of strong adhesion, high hardness and toughness of paint film, excellent self-cleaning function, strong anti-dust and anti-dirt adhensive ability, excellent hydrophobic property, cleaning dirt easily. Washability is more than 15, 000 times. It has a good-light-color performance and extremely high anti-ultraviolet capability. Service life is more than 15 years. It has the advantages of strong adhesion, not affording to skin, not falling off, anti-aging and within the normal construction between -10 ℃ and -25 ℃.
