Product Description:
The luster progress is completed by glazed calender roll pressing the paper. The dead roll is leading
roll and other rolls’ rotary driven by mutual friction. The paper effected by the pressure and the friction between rolls when come through the rolls pressing area, so paper’s smoothness, luster and tightness are improved.
The machine was equipped with pneumatic loading device, electric hoisting roll unit, frame bed rail, etc. All rollers are of rolling bearing type which are lubricated by yellow oil.
The bottom roll is drive roll, but its drive unit is not in our supply scope.
There are two arrangement forms --left handed machine and right handed machine available for this set. Facing paper coming out direction, the one with transmission at right side is right handed set. The one with transmission at left side is left handed set.
