Product Description:
1. Product Introduction
PFA cleaning tank is an upgraded version of PTFE cleaning barrel, specially
designed for semiconductor photovoltaic and other industries, with one-piece molding, no need to worry about leakage. It is mainly used for soaking and cleaning flower baskets with chip silicon wafers. Due to the characteristics of PFA, it can withstand the corrosiveness of the cleaning solution, and at the same time, the blank value of metal elements is low, there is no dissolution or precipitation, and it will not pollute chip wafers, etc.

1. Translucent appearance, easy to observe the reagents in the tank;
2. High and low temperature resistance: -200～+260℃
3. Corrosion resistance: strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia, HF and various organic solvents;
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency;
5. Anti-pollution: low background value, metal element lead and uranium content is less than 0.01ppb;
6. No dissolution and precipitation, will not pollute chips, wafers, silicon wafers, etc.;
8. Stable chemical properties, good recoverability, not easy to deform;
9. Teflon plastic, durable and not easy to break
