NSP-1T Desktop Mini Slippery-platform Screen Printer is equipped with single fixture, the condition of
repeat orientation is very good, has function of creation of vacuum, ensuring the product printing stability. It has functions of detecting height and orientation of product; the structure adjustment is intimate and creative, which is different to the traditional design.
features:
‧ Two Push-Bottom Switches for start ensure the safety of operator; the machine has a complete function of stand-alone operation, a customer-oriented operation.
‧ In marking, the up and down of screen frame only is 10mm, washing screen has an air cylinder with extra long stroke, then can be operated with high speed and save power.
‧ A single chip CPU control, digitization of human interface operation, user can operate it easily.
‧ Scraping-Ink unit has a micro scale adjustment. The thickness adjustments of oil ink could be adjusted and recorded by the scale data for different requirements, so the marking quality could be controlled effectively.
‧ Besides the general oil ink marking, it is capable of the marking of different Colloidal Silver, could select control software based on different conditions of Colloidal Silver.
