Product Description:
Petroleum drilling mud system is used to process drilling mud during whole oil and gas drilling. Widely
used in land drilling, semi-submersible drilling, offshore drilling with jack-up rig, the CBM drilling, and so on. The whole drilling mud system including the 4 phases solids control equipment. The shale shaker, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge, degassers, mud agitator, pumps, mud tanks and so on
Main structure: Mud tanks, shale shaker, mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, pumps, agitator, etc.
Legal operation:
1)Drilling mud equipment capacity should be suitable for certain solid content in drilling fluid.
2)Separation equipment (shale shaker, desander, desilter, centrifuge) capacity should be suited to complete drilling fluid circulation. Usually desander and desilter capacity will be one quarter extra of complete mud system flow rate. Furthermore, 2nd and 3rd phase equipment capacity should be larger than 1st and 2nd phase equipment to ensure complete cleaning
3)Centrifugal pump for desander, desilter and centrifuge should hold proper flow rate as the equipment
According to different drilling depths and other condition, we'll configure different solids control system for users. But all of solids control system will be designed on same theory or principle.
Principle:Drilling mud will flow into ground via drilling pipe and bring the cuttings out. Drilling mud is expensive also it will pollute environment we design solids control equipment. Drilling mud system is the blood of well drilling. Solids control system process/purify/recycle/reuse the drilling mud under serial equipment process. Including different phases at different drilling period. Drilling fluid process system will definitely decrease drilling cost and benefit much on conserving environment.

2)Pay attention on all equipment maintenance requirement. Such as shakers, centrifuge, etc.

1.Solids Control System manufactured by Aipu have a good performance of cold-resistent, high temperature resistance, anti-explosion, anti-leakage, anti-corrosion, raining proof, adapt to wicked condition of well drilling.
2.There are intermediate pressure mud pipelines and rinsing pipelines on the top of the tanks.
3.Behind the tank, there is a pressure bar type clear sand door. It is appropriate and neat to open.
4.To use durable links between the tanks, it is convenient to set up and dismantle, has a good scalability.
5.Accurate positioning between tanks, and can connect rapidly.
6.The drilling mud solids control level is high, the effect is good, and the measurement of mud is accurate.
7.The tanks are composed of corrugated boards of the V type. Holistic rigidity is good and the appearance is pleasing.
8.The surface is interpreted with sandblasting. The in-tank is painted with intense anti-corrosion bituminous paint, and outside of the tank is painted by the oil-proof and acid and alkali corrosion resistant paint.
