DD5Y/ TD5Y Oil Test Centrifuge
DD5Y/TD5Y is designed according to the water and deposit determining
in crude oil. It meets the requirements of GB/T6533-86 standard, and makes use of separation to determine the water and deposit in crude oil. It is ideal equipment for moisture determining in oil exploration and researching institute.
◆ Microprocessor control, touch panel and digital display for rotor No., speed, time, temp, RCF, Acc/Dec curve and trouble information/error code.
◆ The function of heating and thermostat for meeting the test requirements of sample.
◆ Speed control by DC transducer for stable operation.
◆ Specialized button to show RCF during operation. The parameters can be revised freely during operation.
◆ The tube is manufactured by special process, which won’t be broken so easily during operation and is widely used Daqing Oilfield of China.
◆ Self-diagnosis system can automatically detect the fault of overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance and door lid interlock, and display the error code on the display screen to improve the safety performance.
