Operation Pinciple of UVupflow pressure screen
All of domestic pressure screens are inflowing from
the upper, and slagging from the below, all the light and heavy impurities go through the whole screen area.This structure greatly delays the time that the impurities stay in the device, which reduce the screen efficiency and incresing the damage that rotor to the basket.
While the UV-type up-flow Pressure Screen specifically designed the upflow structure as inflowing and rejecting the heavy slurry from the below, rejecting light slurry from the upper and outflowing fine pulp from the screen area, which can solve the above problems effectively.
After stock flow into the screen machine from the bottom, relying on the pressure difference inside and outside and rotor’s high-speed rotation, so that slurry passing through the sieve, or screen slot fiber flow sieve drum, discharging from the outlet. The heavy impurities are sinked at the bottom of the screen machine and slagging from the heavy rejects pipe at the bottom, under its own gravity and centrifugal force.While the light impurities and stickies are upflowing to the upper tail slurry pipe and rejecting quickly, moved by the stock pressure.So there are two benificials: on one hand, it can efficiently shorten the time that the impurities stay in the screen area, extrordinarily reduce the possibility of the slurry cycling and improve the screen efficiency.On the other hand, it can prevent the heavy slurry damage to the rotor too fast, reduce the shut down time and delay the service life of the device.
