The manufacture of crude palm oil involves a series of processes starting with harvesting fresh fruit bunches from the plantations and ending with crude palm oil storage. Through sterilizing, threshing, mashing and expelling, crude palm oil will be pressed out in palm oil pressing machine (screw oil press). Each station of palm oil mill plant uses different methods and machines. After purifying and refining, the refined palm oil can be exported as a popular kind of healthy and edible oil. 1.Weighing.Palm fruit into the factory after truck weighing, ease of production costing and after the settlement.

3.Sterilization.The use of high temperatures to cook soft fruit bunches and sterilization (145 ℃, 90-120 minutes), easy to separate fruit bunches fruit, soft fruit, increasing the humidity of the fruit. We have horizontal type, vertical sterilizing tank and inclined sterilizing tank.
4.Threshing.FFB has softened in sterilization process. After machine and screening beating off the fruit, palm fruit and empty fruit bunches (EFB) separation.
5.Crushing.Fruit is broken through mash tank mixing and extrusion. This process is also called digesting.
6.Pressing.The crushed fruit screw extrusion leaching by the press.
