Paper Dryer System
Keeping in mind the increasing energy cost for removing the last traces of moisture
by evaporation, we offer a range of paper dryer system components that are designed to offer superior drying efficiency and uniform drying control. These paper dryer systems are also available in heavy duty cast iron framing and are accurately designed condensate system, contributing to the evaporation economy. For proper and safe removal of condensate, the drying cylinder can be provided with stationary siphons or inside mounted bucket system.
•M.S. (B.Q. Plate) Fabricated Drying Cylinders with high evaporation rate.
•Available in 4 feet, 5 feet and 6 feet diameter.
•Shell thickness varies from 25 mm to 36 mm
•Operating Pressure up to 4.5 Kgs/ Cm 2 and specially designed for higher working pressure upto 6.0 Kgs/ Cm 2
•Suitable Heavy Duty framing in Graded Cast Iron and Mild Steel fabrication for the maximum coverage of paper at dryer.
•Rope feeding system is provided for Machine speed over 200 MPM
•Framing is designed for Ground Floor as well as I st Floor Machine
•Dryer surface ground finish to Ra 8 micron balanced dynamically to grade of 6.3 (ISO 1940)
