The machine uses plastic packing film to wrap the individual
packed handkerchief
II. Function and Features
1. Cumulative Paper Handkerchiefs Packaging Machine is for the secondary packing of paper handkerchief;
2. Fast speed, stable performance and easy operate, overall operation controlled by PLC, large touch panel screen and stepping motor.
3. Equipped with automatic trouble tracking and alarm system.
4. Photoelectric tracking system with high precision.
5. Driving system equipped with advanced frequency inverter and variable speed control.
6. Specific static resistance technology available to ensure more stable packing performance.
7. Intelligent temperature controller available to control the temperature as desired.
8. Letters such as: production date and batch number can be printed automatically and adjusted up and down to optional position.
9. It can match well and easily with the former working procedure of production line.
10. Applicable for the secondary plastic even number packing of standard handkerchief tissue, mini-type handkerchief. (2x4 2x5 2x6 or 3x4 3x5 3x6, If you would like to produce three layers, you should pay extra fee)
