Product Description:
The pasture dryer is widely used in the drying of wood chip, wood shavings, sawdust, straw, bur clover,
ginkgo leaf, sugarcane top, Brewers grains, alchol grains, Chinese herbal medicine, white spirite grains, marigold, starch pulp, barley malt, melon seads, maytree, colza cake, vegetables powder and so on. The heat efficiency of the pasture dryer reaches to 80%.
1. The production technology: This machine set adopts the most scientific drying technology, powered by coal (the natrual gas or the coal gas), taking the exchange hot wind and the direct hot wind as the dying medium and drying the chopped or rubbed pasture by the strong hot wind which take advantage of the hot instant difference and dry the pasture rapidely by the high temperature. The transmission device of the main engine adopts the electonic control electrodeless and is equipted with the automatic temperature control device. The dried end product directly mold after briquetting by the briquetting press which is convenient to store and transport. This machine set is of high output and low energy consumption. The pasture dryer property is world leading.
The machine set contains: hot-blast stove, dryer, conveyor, hay cutter, separator, bunding machine, fan, speed regulation electrical machine, and operation cupboard. This machine set can process the fresh pasture with 60%~75% water moisture by cutting – conveying – drying – separating – bunding (granulation, pulverization). And the color, flavour, and the nutrient constituent of the fresh pasture can be kept.
2. The dried end product: Dark green color, aromatic smell, the color, flavor, and nutrition of the fresh pasture is reserved. It tastes well which enhances the livestock’s appetite as well as the economic benefit.
3. Main features:
