Product Description:
Through three years developing and testing, my company has developed VIEW-BASE GPS/DVD/PDA Holder(cushion/mount)
successfully in 2004. We got the patent certificate on 14th June 2006. (Patent NO.200520070366.2)
This holder(cushion/mount) is vacuum part rapidly, imbibe the shock wave instantaneously. It also have high skidproof coefficient. All these made an aseismatic system of prevent displacement and bounce. The aclinic displacement power is 66newton. The dynamic displacement power is 60newton. It also can endure the anamorphic high temperature of 70centigrade,the brickle low temperature of–40 centigrade. So it keep the safety and stability of the wiring effectively. At the same time, we passed the static and dynamic test; keep the safety and tranquilization of the cushion and GPS.
1. In the high speed 120km/h, suddenly brake the car, under the inertia, the cushion absolutely still.
2. Suddenly swerve the car, the cushion did not affect by the high eccentricity.
3. In the simulation sudden situation, the car barge against res, the cushion can endure 5G bump power.
4. On the accidented road, the shake can not affect the stability of the cushion too.
This holder(cushion/mount) compare with cupule holder, cupule is affected by high temperature of summer and low temperature of winter. The suction will reduce, it will drop easily. However, under the aegis of our cushion, cupule holder did not touch the windshield directly. One side, in the suitable temperature, it will not affected using. On the other hand, the design has definite height, it make the windshield have no blind part, keep the safety ulteriorly.
Compare with button on the air-condition of car, the button style change the direction of air current, affect the effect of air-condition. But our holder did not have this abuse.
About the stickup holder and screw style, they are also destroy the car. Customer will not choose them.
