We produce kinds of ISO standard type PCD & PCBN inserts, the characteristics of PCD and pcbn is
as follows:
pcd tipped inserts with high hardness, good wear-resistance, low friction and heat conductivity. It is suitable for machining non-ferrous matals (eg. Cu, al, mg, Ti al-alloys with high silicon) and non-metal materials ( eg. glass, fiber, ceramics, reinforced platics etc)
pcbn tipped inserts with very high hardness and high heat stability under about 1300° of the cutting temperature. it's mainly used for machining hardness steel with HRC 50~60(eg. carbon tool steels, ball bearing steel, die tool steel and high speed steel etc), gray cast irons, cold hard cast irons and Ni-, Co-, Cr-, or Fe- based high temperature alloys.
