Description:
PCD is composed of carbide substrate and polycrystalline diamond layer. PCD composite blade
is sintered by carbide and diamond in ultrahigh pressure and high temperature condition. The diamond content of polycrystalline layers is more than 90%.
Features:
1.high hardness
2. wear resistance
3.and good impact resistance, which make it ideal superhard composite material that realize turning instead of grinding and cutting at high efficiency and low cost.
4.Good finish
Application:
1. processing copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys materials, wood, laminate flooring, graphite, rubber, plastic, ceramic and refractory material, 2. corbelled and oriented wear-resistant parts of testing instruments.
Details:
According to different particle size of polycrystalline diamond payer, we have 5 grit to choose from, such as 2 , 5, 10, 25, 35. 2, 5 ones are used for super finish machining, 10 ones are used for fine finishing, and 25 and 35m are used for rough finishing.
