tools are composed of polycrystalline diamond and tungsten carbide sbstrate, which are sinterde together by ultra-high pressur and temperature. Therefore it empolys hardness and wearing property as well as natural diamond, and toughness same as the tungness carbide. The workpiece machining tool used the PCD blanks for cutting tools are smoothness therefore leaves the polishing unnecessary. It is the ideal cutting material.. The PCD blanks for cutting tools are widely used for machining non-ferrous metal and non-mentallic materials such as alloy, ceramic and wood. Our company can supply different shapes of PCD blanks following custmers’ demands. For example retangle shape, sector shape or any oher shape that is required.
