Ritai rasied temperature resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) pipe is can be chosen
the different materials as customers’ requires. They are separatly Korea chemical SK-800 and Korea LG chemical SP980. The position on main link and density of short branch make PE-RT pipe with excellent hydraulic pressure resistant and compact resistant performance, No need crosslinking process.
The product advantages:
1. Light weight, easily transported and installed
2. The excellent flexibility makes pipe bend conveniently at will during construction operation. The pipe will not to appear “back”, so ti can prevent that as the stress concentrates in using process the pipe will break down in bending place
3. Hot-melting connection, it is the most safe and reliable methods connection
4. Non toxic, no smell, chemical corrosion resistance, bacteria resistant
5. Inner smooth, Fluid frction is low, Low noise
6. Excellent low temperature resistance, it can be construted in winter, no need for preheating
7. Good heat dispersion, heat conductivity coefficient is 0.4W/M.K, saving lots of energy for floor radiant heating system
8. Under normal condition, the pipe can be used safely for 50 years
