Product Introduction –
STEC 1 Armour Ballistic Resistance Material.
STEC developed
few unique products which specially design to withstand or resist great impact and offer ultimate protection for security purpose.
Product 01 - STEC Bullet Resistance Glass Laminates.
With STEC Laminates, there is no need to change the glass of the vehicle or building, Glasses applied
with STEC Laminates can withstand impact from:
- Smash
- Explosion
- Guns (terms and conditions applied)
Thus, for car, the window works as normal, there is only a slight increase of weight (less then 10kg in
Overall) and no change or modification of the vehicle. Application makes simple, clean and fast.
Product 02 - STEC Bullet Resistance Shield
STEC Door and Body Shield is a special Polymer in which designed to be LIGHT, FLEXIBLE and Stronger then steel.
It is designed for vehicle door and body. With its nature of Light Weight, it does not increase petrol
consumption if compare with heavy steel. The flexibility of bending nature allows us to install it easily
and fast. Last but not least, the impact resistance is much greater then steel. STEC Shield can withstand
all type of handgun and with additional layer, it can withstand rifle as well.
STEC Shield installation.
Just cut to door shape and insert in between door body and door panel. Use heavy duty adhesive to
stick it to the door body.
Product 03 – STEC Soft Body Armor
STEC special design Soft Body Armor is made of high quality and tension Polymer material.
Soft and light weight. Stand ballistic level in Dry and Wet conditions. Color can be customized.
Comfortable to wear. STEC Soft Body Armor can withstand bullet resistance up to NIJ Level III A, with
additional Bullet Resistance Plate for front and rear, it can resist up to NIJ Level III (AK47, M16).
STEC also provides total application solution which includes:
- Full technical support
- Training program on theory and practical
- Project consultancy
- Special mixture solution for application
STEC has conducted many series of technical and theoretical training in house and oversea. This special
intensive training is to equip dealer or sole distributor to perform their own installation. Total days of
training would consume about 4 working days. To qualify for training, dealer must meet minimum
order, terms and conditions.
Further, all STEC’s products have been tested by Malaysia Military special laboratory STRIDE
(Scientific and Technological Research Institute for Defense).
With more than 10 years of infield application experience, STEC is more than capable to assist dealer in
