Product Description:
PET Flakes 100% Clear Natural colour
PET Flakes. Bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate can be used
to make lower grade products, such as carpets. To make a food grade plastic, the bottles need to be hydrolysed down to monomers, which are purified and then re-polymerised to make new PET.
We are mainly producing Clear White Natural colour, Green and Blue of pet flakes having International standards for which we followed strict quality standards as per our customers required.

Viscosity: 0.70 – 0.80 dl/g
Melting index: 35 ± 5 g/10 min
Melting temperature: 248 – 252
Humidity (%): < 1%
Ph: 7 – 8
Density: 0, 25 – 0, 4 g/cm3
Polyolefin: = 50 ppm
Paper and fiber: = 20 ppm
Metal: = 20 ppm
PET with glue: = 30 ppm
Other admixtures: = 30 ppm
Size: 10-12 mm.
Flake size = 8mm: = 1 %
Flake size 2-4mm: = 20 %
Flake size = 2mm: = 1 %
Process : Hot washed.
Moisture : 0.5 % max.
PVC content : 0.01-0.03 %.
I.v. : 0.7 - 0.85.
M.p. : 255 +/- 5 c.
Color availability : Clear /Crystal
Foreign materials : 0.5 % max.
