RQ3 Series Pit Gas Carburizing Furnace is made of the furnace shell, the furnace lining, the lid lifting
bodies, vacuum sealed fan, muffle cans, heating elements and other components. Round furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is made of 0.6g/cm3 high-intensity ultra-light beads vacuum energy-saving refractory brick, aluminum super-long fiber, and masonry expansion insulation granular form of energy-saving lining structure.The vacuous sealing san installed on furnace cover can make the atmosphere muffle cans of ingredients more uniform.by stirring, while making temperature more uniform as well. Also there are three tubes available on the furnace cover, one of the tubes has three stainless steel instillators through which methane, kerosene, and other organic liquids or various liquid can be dropped into the cans, all the liquids can be regulated . The ammonia hole on the tube can be used to import to the resistance furnace ammonia as carbonitriding use (not nitriding, the mouth can be sealed), One of the tubes is sampling tube, the tube in the upper part of a tube can be accessed to muzzle "U" - type glass pipe pressure manometer to monitor the resistance of the atmosphere in the furnace, the tube in the lower part of the tracheal tubecan which is linked with carbon dioxidei nfrared analyzeror can be used to control furnace gas, and the tube cap closure of a Ministry of adjustment deflated and regulation carbonitriding resistance furnace pressure with the size of this Tsui emissions should be lit ablaze, the flames from a 200 mm -300 mm better. Every tube on the furnace cover has three water cooled jackets which can make the water in the tube rapidly cooled. The role of muffle tank is to maintain the furnace pressure and and ensure the carburizing to work well, it is made of heat-resistant steel, Carburizing electric furnace is equipped with cooling barrels.It is used to store the parts after treatment, sand sealed grooved are fixed on the barrel covers.
